I feel very much like a crossfit game winner this year, but also a game winner in so many other ways. This year, I was the first person to be able to take a week off from the gym and do a full body workout. I’ve been so overwhelmed to see progress in the weight room. I could have done so much more, but instead, I’m just happy that I made it.
