This past week I attended the Open Gym Season, and I’m not a fan of crossfit. I feel like it is always going to be a gym that I will leave feeling like I have been kicked in the butt and forced to do exercise for hours at a time. You see me walk into a gym and I am always forced to start my workout somewhere else. I feel like I get pulled off the road to do a five mile run before I’m even warmed up.
This is my second year at the Open Gym, so with my old (and still active) friends, I have to say I am extremely excited to finally join the community. I have friends who love Crossfit and CrossFit, and I have a few friends who love CrossFit also, too.
I haven’t been to a Crossfit Open since my first Open in 2010, but I am excited to get back in for this year. CrossFit’s Open is a great way to meet new friends and see what there is to do with your CrossFit Gym membership. Also, it’s a way to get your cardio back and build your legs, so I’m looking forward to it.
CrossFit Open is an annual event that happens in the spring (or late summer, depending on the location) at local CrossFit gyms. This year it is in Las Vegas at the gym of my friend and colleague, Dan. Dan is very excited to be doing this, and I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us.
I think Dan and I already have plans to do some things I will have to share in our interview, but I still have a few surprises up my sleeve.
Not only will Dan be joining our crew, he will be joining our open workouts. This is great because Dan is one of the more active CrossFitters in the world, and the open workouts make it easier for people to get in shape without having to worry about their bodies being messed up. Of course, they have to be at least 14 years of age, and they have to be in good physical shape as well, and they have to be willing to meet with Dan.

Dan will be joining us for a few open workouts as well. Dan is the founder of CrossFit Games, one of the most popular and most popular CrossFit gyms in the world. Also, he’s the guy who invented the CrossFit workout method and has been the “Godfather” of CrossFit for many years. Not to mention he’s also a former bodybuilder, an Olympic athlete, and an Olympic weightlifter.
