According to a recent adidas report, the terrex swift r3 gtx is a midsole that is made from an ultra-stretch material with no seams, or any kind of rubberized stuff. This means that it’s not only easier to run in the shoes, but it’s also easier to run while doing it. It’s like having super-soft leather.

And now here is one of the most iconic adidas shoes of all-time. Admittedly, it’s not a new thing, and has made it a much more fashionable piece for the past couple of years. But the way the adidas terrex swift r3 gtx has been redesigned in the past year makes it more comfortable as well.
