I started Crossfit not too long ago and I have to say I have never been more excited about a sport. Thats because it does such a huge amount of work for your body. I have had to take a few days off recently to re-acclimatize to the fact that I can actually do a lot of the training that I used to do. However, I still see it as something I can work with and get a lot out of.
It helps if you have a gym membership, and that’s why I started my own gym on my balcony. It is awesome and I will miss it when I’m not in it, but I know I can always keep it going the way I have it going. I also use it for a regular cardio workout.
