I am so glad I started CrossFit. The fact that the exercises I do are so easy to do that it feels like I am getting stronger every time I do it is a big plus. I just can’t train like a professional athlete unless I am. I hate that I have to go to the gym four days a week to do my CrossFit workouts.

CrossFit boxes often have their own gyms where you can do your workouts at a smaller volume and a more private setting. It’s one of the best things about it because it keeps the workouts from being rushed, and it keeps you from feeling like you’re being judged by the rest of your classmates.
