I’m not sure which person is better at Crossfit, but I’m pretty certain I am not! But that’s not the point. The point is to show how hard you work, how much you care, and how committed you are to the movement and what you care about in life.
If we were to tell you crossfit was something you could just do and not have to try to learn how to do it, you would probably say it’s not worth your time. But that’s not true. The fact is, you don’t have to try to do Crossfit. It’s not like you have to learn how to do it the hard way.
