The crossfit games schedule is as varied as it is busy as it is challenging. Some are intense, some are casual, and most are somewhere in between. The best part about the schedule is that everyone has a different mix of workouts. This means that those same people can do an intense workout and have a casual workout as well.
The good news is that crossfit workouts tend to be short, as a workout should be. The bad news is that they tend to be boring. If crossfit is your thing, then be prepared for hours of boring workouts. Unless you have a big gym, it’s best to just stick to short workouts, and then you can find a shorter workout on the weekend to really get the cardio in.
Crossfit is not for everyone. If you’re not a fan of cardio, then you’re probably not in the category of people who need a workout. Crossfit games are usually more of a fitness challenge, which is why they are also not all that popular. But if you’re in the camp who can’t get enough of Crossfit, then its best to look into it.

I would recommend picking one of the workouts that are either at your local gym or that you might be able to do online.
