I know I’m not the only one who’s wondering why they would need a resistance machine for a fitness routine, but it’s true – you can get just as much bang for your buck with a resistance machine, such as it being the best workout you’ll ever have. If you’re not a huge bodybuilder or power lifter then don’t worry about it.
