Hand grips are a great way to lift weights, but what are the benefits of using them for exercise when there is no actual gym equipment? Well, I’ll tell you.
I like using hand grips because they are a good way to lift heavier weights without the effort of lifting anything. But I also like the ease of using them for exercise. Like when I’m walking up the stairs to the bathroom or when I’m standing at the top of the stairs to the bedroom and I’m using a hand grip to lift a suitcase up to my chest so I can lift myself up the rest of the way.
