I’ve always enjoyed yoga, but I really started to love crossfit about three years ago. I’ve been practicing in Crossfit for about eight years now, and I love running. The best part is I can start at any time and work out for about three hours.

For the first few weeks I would do my Crossfit workout at home, but for the first few years I would do my Crossfit workout at the gym. The reason I would do it at the gym is that it would be harder to get to do, but also because it would feel a lot more like my body was doing it.
I think I’ve spent more time and effort doing the Crossfit in the last couple of years than I have in the last twenty-five years. I think Crossfit is a great way to get the heart back on track. I see that a lot of people have the confidence to do Crossfit with ease and ease of movement. I think you can do it.
