I’m not sure I agree with Crossfit pair up workout’s description. “Padded footbed” could mean anything. I mean, I’m sure that’s what it’s called, but it doesn’t give me any confidence that it’ll really be padded. It’s a very non-specific description about something that I’m sure is in fact padded.

I think that the main goal of Crossfit pair up workouts is to get your cardio in, and your weights in. But I also think that it is a great way to burn calories and build muscle. The main challenge with crossfit pair up workouts though is that you dont have a lot of time, so you usually have to get a lot of rest. Thats why crossfit pair up workouts are a great way to kickstart your training.

If you want to build muscle, you have to give your body a ton of rest. Crossfit pair up workouts also require a lot of cardio so you need to be careful about how much you consume of that. You might want to look at a more competitive crossfit gym (like Crossfit Bikini) that has a very specific menu of pair up workouts.
