This summer I will be joining my friend and fellow blogger, Lisa B. and her family and heading to Panama City Beach for the second of two long weekend vacations. Lisa has been making fun of my obsession with crossfit since I first started it, so imagine my surprise when she emailed me a photo of herself getting ready for the Pan Am event.
After the first photo I started to wonder if I was just being too careful and had not been able to notice the difference between how they looked and how they felt about the beach. I thought maybe the beach had something to do with the fact that there was no beach on it and the beach was too long. I was surprised to find out that the beach was just as long as the beach in my image. I think I actually got to see an interesting difference.

The Pan Am event was a huge event held in Panama City Beach, Florida, to raise money for people being affected by the devastating earthquake that struck the area. This is a good example of using a photo to illustrate something you want to say, but I still prefer to use words.
The event was meant to raise money for the victims of the earthquake, but also to encourage athletes in the sport of Crossfit, which is a cross-training program that uses resistance, weight and cardio to build muscle. The event was held on the beach of Pan Am Park, the most popular and well-known Crossfit gym in the world. If you want to follow the event for a while, check out the crossfit.com website.
I’ve seen a lot of the videos on Crossfit.com, but none of them do it justice. One of the most amazing things about Crossfit is the fact that it’s a relatively short workout (15-20 minutes) and that the entire thing is done in a very efficient manner. This is something new to me, and I’m still not very comfortable with it, but at least the videos are great and the people are good.
I don’t know if people are very comfortable with how Crossfit works, but if you are, you should definitely check out Crossfit. It is a great workout that is easy on your joints and your cardio. It’s also an opportunity to get fit for all sorts of different things, like your wedding, your job, and even your kid’s first steps.
The problem with Crossfit is that its a gym that is not a gym. A gym is a place where you can go to get a good workout in. A gym is also a place where you are given a specific training program in which you can lift weights and do cardio.
The way Crossfit works is that you are given a specific workout that is designed to develop your body in a certain way. For example, in Crossfit you have to do a certain amount of cardio per day. During this cardio, you will do some type of cardio exercise and have a certain number of reps to be able to complete the workout. You can do a variety of different types of cardio workouts and the more you do the better your body will get.
While Crossfit is a popular fitness program, there are many variations and variations of Crossfit. There are Crossfit workouts you can do in the morning, evening, or at night, there are Crossfit workouts you can do with no or little equipment (maybe you don’t have to do any weight lifting at all), there are Crossfit workouts you can do while wearing a bathing suit, or after a swimsuit. And there are Crossfit workouts you can do at a beach.
