crossfit west seattle

I have been a Crossfit athlete my entire life, and I’ve always been very passionate about the gym community that I’ve grown up in. I was recently at a Crossfit gym in Seattle where I had a chance to check out the various classes offered and see what the members were all about.

In short, the basic Crossfit class is pretty standard – you do weight training (you can change the exercises slightly for your personal liking) and then you do a cardio workout using a resistance band.

The main reason you didn’t want to have a gym was because it was harder to get into the gym when you were outside so you could go out for a walk and get a workout. I know you do this in the winter when you’ll be off and on the gym because you can’t get into the gym when you’re outside. You don’t do cardio but you can get into the gym at any time of the day.

I love the idea that the gym was an indoor facility but I also hate it because when it’s the middle of winter you have to fight for it to be open. This is because you can only get in at random times of the day, and that means if you’re stuck there you have to wait until the weather is more conducive for your workouts or else youll miss your workout. I dont have to worry about going out for a walk because of this too.

It’s true I can only get in at random times of the day, but we can still go to the gym, and this has the added advantage of having more people at work (who are also at home) that we can workout with. It also has the advantage of making for a much better workout than if we had to walk into a gym at random times of the week.

Speaking of random times, we have to keep in mind that people will sometimes go to the gym at different times of the day and work out at their own pace. It’s kind of hard to tell if they’re working out at a proper pace when they’re all standing around in a circle with a few friends. But I think the gym is still better than just running into random people without any other options.

You may or may not be able to handle the gym. If you can, you can always move from a spot you don’t want to be to a place where you can’t walk for hours. If you don’t want to be in a spot where you don’t want it to happen, then we don’t want you to go to the gym.

Crossfit is one of my favorite ways to get in shape. And if you’re into any kind of fitness, you absolutely should go. In fact, I think it’s the best exercise I’ve had in my life. But it really isn’t about the gym or being a competitive athlete. It’s about fitness and movement, and the best way to do that is with friends.

In an effort to make this post more fun for you, I decided to add some photos of my old gym (a little off-center so I don’t really want to show it, but the views are worth it). Since I have one friend that used to work there, I decided to post pictures of that gym in a new post along with the gym I used to work out in and a few photos of the gym I used to work out in, since it really is quite small.

Yeah, the gym is small. It’s about 1,000 sq. feet, meaning there are about 500 of us and we’re all basically the same size. Since the gym isn’t very big, its mostly just me and some other gym-goers, but the gym is pretty small, so I really think we’re all pretty similar.
