The last thing we can all do is remember that we are at all times in control of our own lives. We can all do something about this. We can all stop telling ourselves that we are not in control of our lives. We can all remember that we are at all times in control of our own minds. We should be striving to be more aware of our imperfections, and to strive to be less afraid of them.
