The most important part about the crossfit championship is that it is an extreme level of exercise. I am not sure I can even put into words how I feel when I watch these athletes in action, yet I feel an intense sense of pride. It is a feeling I have never felt before, and I am so proud I can’t wait to see the results.
This is the biggest thing that has changed for me about the international crossfit competition since I started competing. With the growing popularity of the sport, the number of athletes participating in the championship has grown, and the amount of time spent training has also increased. A few years ago, few people were able to train for days, and the competition was less intense than it is now. For some athletes, training has now become their full-time job.
I was lucky enough to do some crossfit training last year when I was at the Olympic Games, and I was really impressed with how much better my body compared to my previous workouts. I still have a long way to go, but I’m getting back to the gym, and I’m also getting stronger. One day, I may even be able to compete in the Olympics again.
In 2011, we did a survey among the top athletes in the world, and we found that they all had the same goal in mind: to be better. But in 2012, we found that half of them were getting the same kind of training and diet advice that we had given in 2011. The problem is that many of these athletes have no idea what they are doing.
