I’m a big fan of katrin crossfit. I’ve been watching for more than 10 years and I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of the show. I find it to be too serious and not my thing. However, I like the idea of this workout, in my opinion, is very enjoyable and is a great addition to my training routine.
I like it a lot. I also like the idea of a workout that is both challenging and enjoyable. I have a personal trainer who lets me sweat a little for fun and I love it.
Katrin’s workout is built around a series of three core exercises. The first two exercises are a combination of jump rope and squat to warm-up your core muscles. The third exercise is the best exercise in the book. It’s the one that uses the most weight and is the most challenging but also the most enjoyable.
The best part is that you can do it anytime, on the go, or on a day-off. It can be done before or after a workout, too. You can skip the first two exercises. They’re a little hard to start and end, but you can do them anytime. And the end-of-day workout is super fun. I always end the day feeling good.
