This recipe is for my new favorite summer pasta with a lighter texture and a more tender consistency.

Well, pasta is pretty easy to ruin. Even if its not too tough to wash, you could still take it out and eat it raw. Not to mention the fact that it takes a lot of time to cook. We just finished our second batch of lasagna, and it took a lot of time and effort to make. Yes, that means you’ll probably not get a very good quality product, but if your recipe is actually worth it to you, I say go for it.
We have yet to try any recipe from the book that is so ridiculously easy to make, it’s insane. Well, if you were looking for a good recipe, you already know it.
