I’ve been doing this for over 13 years, so I’m not exactly the best at it. I’m still working on it though. I’m able to do 5 sets and I’m a lot more flexible. I have a trainer now and I feel good about it. I’m pretty sure my body has not changed that much since I started doing these workouts.

I’m probably in the middle of a phase right now, so I’m going to keep on doing it.
