I’m not much of a fitness fan, but I’m always up for a challenge. I’ve been lifting for over a decade now, and this is one of my favorite workouts because it’s so similar to what I’m used to doing. It’s easy to get bored with the same routine over and over, and I’ve found that this workout has gotten me back to my old fitness level.
Im excited to see how this workout goes, weve seen a ton of good workouts here at FitPoop, so I expect we will all have a great time.
While it’s great that fitness is back in our lives, we’ve also seen a huge increase in the number of fitness videos on YouTube, so there’s really nothing new here. The only thing new is that last week Im watched one of the videos on YouTube called “Lose Weight and Burn Fat” and it was so damn funny that I was really impressed. I mean, its not like I’ve never seen a video like this before, but Im glad its back.
Well, in general, I love fitness videos. I think the problem is that they tend to be incredibly boring. So when I saw an outlier fitness video like this, I was completely floored and turned on by it. Its like two guys in a room with the lights off. The first half of the video is just them pushing each other and laughing, but in the next half they break into a sweat. It’s the complete opposite of what most of the workout videos are about.
When you watch the video, its like watching two of your friends. Well, it’s not really like that, though they’re pretty good friends. The workout is about the two friends being in a room with the lights off for two hours. It’s about their fitness and what they’re doing for them, not about anything else. It’s also about how you can’t just be the best in a group of people. It’s about having the right mentality and motivation.
Crossfit is very much about mindset and motivation. What I think is the most important aspect of this video is that it shows you the difference between what it feels like to train and what it feels like to do something. The difference between a workout and training is that training is what you do because you want to. You are motivated to do it because you want to. And outlier crossfit is about the two of you being in a room with the lights off for two hours.
This outlier crossfit is a bit more intense than what we’ve seen before, as it requires you to focus fully on a single muscle group for a very long time, like 3,000-5,000 minutes. The crossfitters we’ve watched doing this outlier crossfit have all been impressive, but the one we watched that really impressed us was a guy we went to high school with named David.
The outlier crossfit we watched was the guy who went into the gym and kept going out to do the same thing day after day, day after day, and day after day. It was relentless. He had to do everything he could to get stronger so he could do it all over again.
A lot of people say to us that they’ve become a fan of The Outlier Crossfit, and of course we have to agree, but also we had to agree with some of the guys that we worked out with, and even one of the guys who just thought we were insane. He said every time he did the Outlier Crossfit he got stronger, but then he started getting weaker.
It’s an interesting fact but true. If you have really good genetics, you will get stronger over time. If you’ve got really bad genetics, you will get weaker over time. These genetics are determined by how you’re raised, the environment you were raised in, etc. You need to be a good sleeper, but in the end, you also need to be an outlier.
