I’ve always been a big fan of Crossfit, and I’ve even been to more than a few CrossFit events. But I always felt like I was just a spectator, because the whole point of CrossFit is to get better, and I wasn’t good enough.
The problem was that Crossfit was designed by CrossFitters. That isn’t to say CrossFitters aren’t good at what they do, but their efforts are often geared toward a specific goal – like working out to lose a lot of weight and improve their general health. Its common for CrossFitters to become frustrated with the results of their work because they didn’t work out for a certain goal first.
We went through a lot of research and had a lot of research trying to understand the reasons behind CrossFit’s success. We were also asked to figure out the factors that made it so successful. We knew that the key was to discover the reasons behind the success of CrossFit and why.
The most significant thing that CrossFitters talk about is that the reason for their success is not for being fit. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard the term ‘CrossFit’ used in a negative or derogatory manner. That said, I think the key to working out is to work well. If we make a habit of working hard, and we don’t work as hard as we should, then we’ll never get any better.
CrossFitters don’t need to be told to be healthy. We are the best at working out, and we are the best at working well. We go into CrossFit to be healthy, and we go into CrossFit to be happy. I know this because I’ve been doing CrossFit for fifteen years, and never once did I have to be told to be happy.
I think if you work out, you should also be happy. Thats what CrossFit has always been about. Even if you hate it or hate it so much that you can barely stand, you should still go to CrossFit. You should still love it, and you should still work out.
