I used to be a crossfit instructor, but now I’m an adult living in Texas and don’t get to go to the gym as often as I used to. I was a bit sad to see this happen. I loved being able to wear my old crossfit gear, but now with all of the adult things that are out there and the way that everyone is working out these days, I don’t see it as much.
The reason I like crossfit, and Im proud of it, is because it gives me a new perspective on how physical exercise should be. It forces me to look at the human body not as a machine that I am using to get fit, but rather as a collection of cells that I can exploit to perform specific functions.
