I love crossfit for a lot of reasons. The workout, the music, and the social interaction with friends. But this is a little more than that. Because it’s a physical activity, we can’t just sit down and watch TV or turn on the radio. That’s why they have to give you the time to get in shape and learn the sport.

The workouts are a lot like a game. You start slow and get progressively more challenging, and thats when you get paid.

They are a little more challenging than usual, but that’s because they’re a little more hardcore in their emphasis on cardiovascular training. If you’re not a fan of the cardio, you can always skip the workouts entirely. The workouts will keep you in shape so you’ll be stronger, faster, and more flexible afterwards.

I’ve been a fan of Crossfit workouts, but this year I went for a few. I’ve never been this excited about Crossfit, so it’s probably just because I’ve been watching Crossfit workouts. I know I never really thought of it as being a fitness thing, but I’ve been loving it so far and have been looking forward to the coming months and years.
