So far, the adidas ultra boost 5.0 has two unique styles: the standard and the “bungee”. The standard is a high-top with a short-sleeve and a slightly flared hem and a belt.
The bungee style is a short-sleeve version of the original adidas ultra boost 3.0. As you wear the shoe, the arch supports are cut off and the arch supports are in the back. The problem is that this shoe is so soft, you cant really do a lot of heel raises on it. Just like the adidas ultra boost 5.0, it’s super soft and has a lot of compression that puts you in a lot of pain.
The shoe is great for the first few weeks, but even after that itll be a pain in the ass. If youre going to do heel lifts, do them in one specific spot where youre not going to wear it for a while.
If this shoe is so super soft, why does adidas decide to make it a shoe that puts you into so much pain? Well, its because the adidas Ultra Boosts are the only shoe on this site that actually have a heel lift. The shoe is incredibly soft and has a lot of comfort but the heel lift is a major pain in the ass.
