A lot of people think that these are really important things, but the reality is that they are. If you’re going to have a lot of people trying to break your legs, you need to be able to use your hands and grip your knuckles and grip your hand. Just don’t do that. Crossfit is a gym where you squat and do pushups, but you have to avoid using your arms at all costs. And that’s where the problem comes in. We all know that a heavy squat will produce very damaging results. If you are using your arms to raise yourself up, you are using the wrong way. And you will not be able to lift heavy.

Crossfit is all about using your legs, so if you are using your arms, you are using the wrong way. When you crossfit, you do not use your arms, but you use your legs as well. That is the reason for the arms-only rule. You are allowed to use your legs and work out your arms in your own way, but not on the cross-fit machine.
