CrossFit is a good fit if you’re trying to lose weight, build strength, and stay healthy. But, if you’re just looking for some crossfit inspiration, you might want to check out the latest workout videos.

In this latest video from CrossFit Naperville, the guys in the video are doing the popular workout: Squat Jump. This is a great example of the type of workout you want, because it’s a super basic move. But, it doesn’t have to be. I’m going to share a few other moves that are a bit more advanced.
