I have always been a fan of fitness. It’s an extremely rewarding venture that I do as often as I can. I’m not a workout buff, neither am I a fitness expert, but it really doesn’t matter. I never have and have no intention on trying to be one.

I was recently at a CrossFit meet and I had my heart broken when I discovered the “dave castro” and I was just like, “I never thought that would happen to me.” And that’s exactly what happened. I couldn’t believe it! I’m a huge fan of CrossFit but I’ve always been just like, “I’m too dumb to be at a CrossFit meet.

I think it was the same thing I had with the gym. I had thought, hey, I could get my ass to the gym, and see what would happen, but then I started thinking, what? Why do I care? Im not trying to get to my goals but I just want to get through the CrossFit meet.

With CrossFit, you get to do things like do pushups with a kettlebell, or pullups with a barbell, or whatever kind of exercise you can think of. The main reason to attend a CrossFit meet is to do that exercise with all your muscles. It’s a great workout and it builds muscle, but more than that it’s a self-actualization exercise.
