I’m a crossfit warrior spirit. I love the workouts, they’re challenging, and they’re fun. I’m the type of person that will go to the gym and do a three-hour workout on Saturday morning before I go to work. You need to use what you have, and if you don’t have a big dumbbell in the corner, you need to move it to the front of the room. If you dont have a kettlebells you need to find a different one. If you dont have a barbells you need to find a different one.

That is why the fitness center should be a place where people are going to go to clean it up. Because thats what it is. Its actually a great place to be, but its not about that. It will make everything easier.
