One of my favorite sports is d ball crossfit. It is so much fun watching the kids work out, they get so sweaty and end up sweating more than they did in gym class. And that is because they are getting all their sweat and fat from working out. My dad would often have me join d ball every week along with my mom and sister. It was just so fun to watch this family run and jump and do different things.

What is d ball crossfit? Well, it is basically crossfit done in a ball. It is similar to basketball, but instead of the ball being used as a basketball it is used to keep the players in place. There are also some rules to contend with as well. One is that they have to run in place and have to do the whole move in one shot as opposed to just jumping and running.

Although I have to say that I like the idea of a ball crossfit more than the idea of a basketball crossfit, I also have to admit that there are some really cool moves. The only problem is that they only crossfiter the ones with big muscles and if you don’t do the move as a ball, you’re going to have a hard time.
