You can look like the greatest fashionista in the world, and actually look pretty good doing it, but you can easily look like a total ass if you take a chance on a pair of shoes that could be the death of you. The point is that, in theory, the best shoes in the world won’t make you look good. In practice, they could make you look like you’re doing your best and aren’t even that great.
Its not only about trying to look good. It is literally about the most important thing you can do to make sure you look like the best, the absolute best you can be.
I think the best shoe in the world is really just a cheap pair of shoes that you bought on sale, and it makes you look like a total dick. This is something that I have been constantly saying about the blog, and if you take it to its logical extreme you could do something akin to a “cant buy shoes” blog. The thing is, that’s not what I am. I don’t care about looking like the best.
I am not in the habit of saying, “I love this shoe so much I am going to wear it all the time.” When you are just doing it to prove some point you might as well just wear a pair of jeans. But when you are doing it to make yourself look and be the best that you can be, then it becomes an obsession.
Not a lot of people write about the world of ‘life on Deathloop’ out there. But I think it is much better to write about what happens to you than trying to make your life as miserable as possible. Because you are going to have to learn to say, “That’s bad.” I think if you don’t, it is more likely that you will fall into the depression and be unable to get out of it.
The action/adventure scene is really where most of the action happens in Deathloop. The main story kicks off with Colt being dragged underwater into a strange, underwater city, where he is left to die. Here he is made a party-loving idiot (and a bit of an ass) by the city-dwelling Visionaries.
