As you can see, crossfit is a pretty popular way to get a workout because it’s pretty cheap and there are a lot of people who workout at the same time. But the problem is the workout itself. It’s a really basic set-up and a lot of it is just weight-lifting. You don’t get to see anything like the workout that Crossfit has to offer, like dynamic movements or the emphasis on form.
The Crossfit documentary series is great at explaining a lot of the basics, but you dont see the hard work that occurs at the end. It’s a pretty good documentary, though it has a few things that arent really that important.
In the Crossfit documentary series, a lot of the hard work is done by the actual Crossfitters. The workouts are set to music, and it works like a charm. At the end of the documentary each person is still pretty sore, so I’d definitely recommend checking it out. But what it does do is explain how its possible to get into Crossfit in a way that is not just focusing on your core.
Each member of the Crossfit community has an achievement or ranking that determines who will get to train with them. So to say thats the work being done in Crossfit is pretty accurate. But it also happens to be a lot of fun. There is a documentary series called Crossfit Wars. It’s an ongoing series about how Crossfit has grown (and how it’s continuing to grow), while also serving as a window into the personalities behind the workout.
Crossfit Wars is a fun show, but it can also be a bit of a drag. Since you have to keep track of your own rankings, you have to try and keep up with the other Crossfitters. You also can’t talk about the Crossfitters unless you’re in them, even if they are the ones getting the training. I think this is also why there are only 11 episodes.
