I have been a huge fan of CrossFit for a long time. I have been doing it since I was a kid, and I love the challenge. But, the reality is that many of the workouts are too intense, too much, and just plain too much. While the general consensus is that CrossFit is not for kids, I’m still on the fence. I’m still not sure what I want.
I do agree with the general consensus that CrossFit is not for kids, but I also think that CrossFit is for everyone who can put in the time and get motivated by the challenge. CrossFit is for people who are willing to put in the training and discipline. It is not for people who just want to have fun. It is for those who want to have a life. It is for those who want to achieve a life-achievement.
I think CrossFit is for anyone who wants to be healthy and fit. Because when you’re in a state of chronic physical discomfort, you tend to find it easier to give in to your body’s demands. I think CrossFit is for everyone who wants to be fit and healthy. If that’s you, then CrossFit is for you.

It’s a great way to get a little more exercise and feel good about yourself, and it’s also pretty awesome if you’re a kid who likes to be in shape. What I mean by that is, CrossFit is a great way to be in shape without having to sacrifice a whole lot of enjoyment. It’s just a lot of fun.
