That feeling is like a call you’re on when it takes forever to pick up, but it at least gets to you. You have been waiting on hold for an hour, and you get to talk to your friend or girlfriend, you know youre going to get through, and you just start talking. The same feeling is like when youve eaten but you try to resist it, and you end up going down like a ton of bricks.

The CrossFitters are the athletes of the gym. They get to train so they can get stronger, to help their teammates get into better shape, or to help others train. When CrossFitters tell you that they are training for an injury, it’s often because they are injured and they are doing the right thing by staying out of the gym. CrossFitters are strong, they are healthy, they can do anything… that’s the beauty of it.
CrossFitters are very proud when they tell people about their training and their goals. They want to help people get healthier and stronger, and they want to give their life to helping others. That is what CrossFitters are all about. There are always a few CrossFitters in every gym. The rest of us are just watching and waiting to see what they’ll do next. CrossFitters are the ones in our gym that make the rules in the room.
CrossFitters are in the gym because they are the ones that we would rather not be. For some that is an addiction, for others it’s a lifestyle. But regardless of what it is, CrossFitters are the ones we want to see in our gym. It’s why we are all here.
