I’ve always had this weird fantasy that I could just train a beast like me and he would be faster, stronger, and just better than the rest of the pack. Then he would have the same level of physical fitness as me. Then I would have his superpower and he would be invincible, and I would be so much more popular than him.

Of course this is a bit of a stretch. Crossfit is a competitive sport, and there are rules that apply to everyone, including the guys in the front, so you can’t just train like them and be like them. What do you do if you’re not a Crossfit freak, and you want to be like their biggest fan? The answer is pretty simple if you’re willing to go through the pain and discipline of training.
